Transportation Plans

We create massive transportation, public transportation, road management, cargo, passengers, multimodal passengers and cargo transportation plans, at an urban, regional and multinational level. Most of them are created through the TRANUS modelling system. The planning and design of public transportation integrated networks, for which the modelling system has been specifically adapted, have been one of the biggest work sources in the past years.

Urban Plans

Use of land use and transportation models to evaluate plans proposals, land use and behavior of the real state system under the impact of mobility proposals. Specially indicated for urban development plans.

Information systems

We create the databases required for the transportation and urban development projects from geographical information systems, using digital mapping basis, aerial pictures and wide field verifications.

Surveys and Field Studies

We design and process mobility surveys at homes, traffic and public transportation stations and other field investigations related to transportation and land use. Modelistica, S.A. de C.V has extensive experience in origin-destination surveys in roads to estimate the cargo and passenger movements, and it counts on the equipment necessary for mechanical and classified vehicle counts, as well as on-board surveys on buses, on stated and domicile mobility preferences.

Traffic Studies

We perform traffic studies, road and pedestrian networks microscopic simulation, either for the analysis of isolated or network crossings. Proposals to improve urban traffic through physical modifications to the roads or as complement of road management and/or public transportation projects, for example, in confined lanes. In addition, parking lots, accidents and road design studies are also developed in this area.
