Modelistica worked on a detailed analysis of the individual transportation service system (taxis) that operates in the state of Guanajuato, either the conventional system or the one provided through applications. The results of the study serves as a guide for the control of the service to ensure the safety and quality of the service offered to users, taking into account legal and financial aspects of pricing and a system of indicators that facilitate management.
